Projet Criquet Hérisson 2010

Prionotropis hystrix azami est un criquet emblématique et endémique de Provence. Pourtant, il reste assez méconnu, tant au niveau de sa biologie que de son aire de répartition. Sur certains secteurs (notamment au Sud du Var), les seules informations disponibles datent de plus de 20 ans. Il est donc essentiel de réactualiser les données cartographiques dans une région où projets d'aménagement, urbanisation et fermeture des milieux sont une menace pour l'espèce.

Où chercher ?

En priorité au niveau de la population située la plus au Sud, les données y étant anciennes.
Également au niveau des passages discontinus dans l'aire de répartition, au niveau de la population Nord mais aussi entre les deux populations.
Et même ailleurs, puisque toute donnée est une information supplémentaire pour la compréhension de la distribution du Criquet hérisson.

•  Anciennes ou récentes, elles permettront de se faire une idée de la répartition actuelle et passée de ce criquet. Ressortez vos vieux carnets !
•  Une indication géographique même approximative peut également être utile. Il suffit de l'indiquer en commentaire (ex: aux alentours de Callas et Draguignan, si vous n'êtes pas certain de la commune entrée dans le formulaire).
•  Une photographie est la bienvenue afin de valider une donnée.
